Refund policy

 

Returns:

    • We accept returns within 3 days of the purchase date.
    • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
    • The original tags must be attached to the merchandise.

Refunds:

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
    • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@barbiebrides.com.

Sale Items:

    • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Return Process:
